Setting your goals with a coach will do that. It clarifies your perspective and realigns your core values. At the end it enables you to formulate relevant, new and concrete actions.

In six one and a half hour sessions we sharpen your pencils so you can move ahead. With new energy and a clear direction.

MENTOR COACH MIX

WHAT

Sometimes you need more than a coach, you also need a sparring partner. To reflect with on your ambitions, company’s growth or your role as an entrepreneur.

Then my mix mentoring and coaching programme might just be the perfect fit for you. In four sessions we go over your business plans to give them that bit more focus and panache.

In the two other sessions I will coach you on leadership development. You’ll end up being more confident in your business and yourself.

TEAM COACHING



WHAT

Teams don't always operate as a ‘team’. Roles are not clear or different agendas get in the way. The results of the team decline and deadlines are missed. 

Team coaching helps to reset the individuals in the team. It creates and evokes collaborative values. It results in mutual respect for each other’s role and views in the team.

In this four day 'outdoor' programme we learn to slow down, listen and define the team’s values. The result is a more productive team.
